Your Role at KIK

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Line Lead to join our 2ndShift (Monday – Friday with Rotating Saturdays) (3:00 pm - 1:30 am) to oversee and optimize our production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring product quality, while leading and motivating a team of production employees.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervise and coordinate production and packaging operations, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Train, guide and motivate employees while maintaining machinery and overseeing the collaboration with Maintenance and Quality teams.
  • Monitor output, inspect products for quality, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate production records and collaborate to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure safety protocols, address bottlenecks, and maintain a clean work environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing automated filling environment, preferably in a leadership role
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a quality focused approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to operate a computer to pull reports and specifications
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality control procedures

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours)

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 60 pounds

  • Comfortable working in a factory environment with varying temperatures

  • Comfortable working in a factory environment with strong fumes and high noise levels

  • Comfortable wearing PPE
